 Jeff Stefani
Chef Jeff Stefani came to Sysco Detroit in 1999. Previous to his current role he held the title(s) of Marketing Associate, Brand Manager and District Sales Manager. Jeff spent the first 13 years of his culinary career working in white tablecloth restaurants. Jeff attended the Oakland Community College Culinary Arts Program and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Jeff is very passionate about helping customers explore new trends and create exciting menu and seasonal offerings.

 Jim Woolsey
Jim started his professional work as a small business owner prior to joining the Sysco family in 2007. He began his career at Sysco Detroit as Marketing Associate and his passion for food could not keep him away from the kitchen for long! In 2013 Jim transitioned into a new role as Culinary Manager, but not before spending 12 years in the culinary field, beginning at age 14. Jim likes to think and work outside of the box with an emphasis on culinary concepts that are beyond “traditional” and truly unique!
